BETHPAGE DISCOVERY PROGRAM
SUMMER 2013

THE PROGRAM WILL BE HELD IN KRAMER LANE!

Summer is just around the corner and with that comes Discovery Program registration.

Registration will only be in person
Registration will be held at the Charles Campagne School
for Bethpage School District Residents ONLY from
7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m .on:

• Wednesday, February 27th
• Wednesday, March 20th

Registration will continue for Bethpage School District Residents
and ALL neighboring school districts from
7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on:

• Wednesday, April 10th
• Wednesday, May 1st

This is a six week program:
(3 half days)
for children entering grades pre-k through 8th
 (Children entering pre-k must be 4 years old by July 1, 2013)

• Program begins: Tuesday, July 9h
• Program ends: Thursday, August 15th
• Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• Held at Kramer Lane School

Tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE $280.00 for first child with a 10% discount for each additional child.

DUE TO SPACE CONSIDERATIONS THE PROGRAM IS LIMITED TO 300 STUDENTS!

• Children will be grouped by grade level and school they attend to the best of our ability

Registration and Medical forms must be downloaded at:

Complete the registration AND the emergency forms and bring both along with your payment on the registration night
Make checks payable to Bethpage Discovery Program.

If space is available, a walk in registration will be held on Tuesday, July 2nd from 9:30 a.a. – 11:00 a.m. at Charles Campagne.
Any Registration received after May 1 will be charged a late fee of $25.00.
